1. Unfair Means: Students caught cheating or attempting to cheat in exams will have their results canceled for that subject and may be asked to withdraw from school.
2. Progress Reports: Issued after examinations. Parents should review them, guide their children accordingly, and take corrective steps if necessary.
3. Promotion Criteria: A minimum of 40% is required in all subjects across all tests and exams for promotion.
4. No Re-Exams: If a student misses an exam due to illness, a medical certificate must be submitted along with a leave application. Promotion will be based on performance in other tests and at the Principal’s discretion.
5. Repetition Policy: A student failing in the same class twice or in two consecutive classes will not be retained in the school.
6. Sick Leave Protocol: If your child is sick and unable to attend exams:
Submit a leave application within two days of absence.
Attach a medical certificate to the application.
Record the sick leave in the school diary.
Submit all documents to the office immediately. No re-exams will be conducted.
7. Purpose of Evaluation: Examinations are a joyful experience that help identify, diagnose, and nurture a child's potential. They allow parents to track progress and support their child’s studies at home.
